NEW SKILL!1
Muraki is described as an energy vampire, but then he does all sorts of crazy shit that go beyond sucking energy, so I take Muraki's crazy powers as energy manipulation in general.
HOWEVER because his powers are crazyand because I want to hunt down small animals, his ability is currently at the most basic level. He'll be able to develop it by himself up to a point via experimentation and animal torture and such, and later on I'll ENERGY MANIPULATION LEVEL 3 to his registry or something because in canon these are skills he spent all of his life developing and I want him to know HARDSHIP!1.
WHAT HE CAN DO atm is to take small amounts of energy from living things, to do this he needs to be in contact with whatever he's taking energy from and he can't take much of it. (A person will feel momentarily groggy at most) he'll eventually learn to give energy too, but there will be little point for this because he is not a nice person and what would he give other people energy for anyway? So he'll just be taking energy and hoarding it possibly to turn into feather when he gets his gay feather skill back or something.
